2020年9月11日にプログラミング学習においてのアウトプットブログを立ち上げました。

内容はWebアプリケーション開発ができるRubyというプログラミング言語の学習内容を中心に発信していきます。

ボクも毎日投稿していくので一緒に頑張りましょう！

本日の作業内容

  • Ruby on Rails
  • Gem/Gemfile

Gem/Gemfile

GemとGemfileについてまとめます。

ライブラリ

プログラミングにおける拡張機能をライブラリと呼ぶ。複雑なプログラムを1つのセットにしたもの。

ライブラリをアプリに読み込ませるだけで楽に実装できる。

Rubyには多数のライブラリがあり、それをGemと呼ぶ。

Gem

Ruby on Railsアプリケーション内で使用するGemの情報はGemFileというファイルに入っている。

Gemfile

Gemは複雑なため、1つのGemだけをインストールしても動かない可能性がある。そこでbundlerというGemを使うと管理してくれる。

bundlerによってGemをインストールすると、Gemfile.lockというファイルに記録されます。

Gemfile.lock

ターミナル

bundle installによってインストール済みとなったGemno情報を記録するファイルのこと。

その後、Gemfileに追加したいGemとバージョンの指定を行った後に

ターミナル

bundle updateコマンドを実行するとGemfileを新しく指定できます。

Ruby on Rails

CRUDというデータの取り扱いの基本情報を学んだ。

CRUD

  • Create（生成）
  • Read（読み取り）
  • Update（更新）
  • Delete（削除）

アプリケーションの基本機能4つ。

resoursesメソッド

7つのアクションへのルーティングを自動生成するメソッド。

  • show
  • new
  • create
  • edit
  • update
  • destroy

例えばresoursesの引数に、:postsというシンボルを指定すると/postsのパスに対応するルーティングが生成されます。
